I help people remember who they are.

I’m a mother, coach, tarot reader, teacher and intuitive and I’ve spent my life studying how and why people forget who they are.   

From a young age I trained in ballet with the best in Canada. The training was rigorous and the highest level available. The discipline was intense and the eating disorders and self hatred I felt were becoming a loud noise I could no longer handle. By my late teens this self hate had built up so much that I started numbing them with drugs and by my early twenties my life was held together by a string, close to death, barely alive. When my best friend died in 2007 I knew I would be next if I didn’t find help so I moved provinces and got clean from my addictions without treatment, but through my spiritual books and my own awakening.

Since then I have worked with many spiritual teachers, had a baby and received the best coaching training there is. I also created 2 successful businesses, got tired of them and sold them. In a world gone bananas with spiritual modalities, I am only interested in the practices that work. It has never been my goal to follow a guru or to be a follower. Instead, I’ve taken the methods that actually work from all of my teachers and left the rest, making many mistakes along the way (so you don’t have to). The work I offer is easy to understand, practical, and as easy to apply as the effort you are willing to put in. 

I know deep emotional pain and what its like to want more.  I also know what its like to feel like you were meant for more and not know how to get there. That’s why I created This Holy Life, because if you’re here, you’re a spiritual seeker and you have questions, I’ve created this work for you.
